Hollywood Housing Authority, Broward County Florida. Established in 1975, the Hollywood Housing Authority seeks to provide economical, safe and sanitary housing for eligible families as well as elderly and handicapped/disabled persons. In cooperation with federal, state and local governments, the Hollywood Housing Authority maintains 120 units of public housing and administers subsidies in excess of 700 units of private housing.
