The 2007 edition of the Cycling World Championships will take place on September 30. The Championships will be hosted by the German city of Stuttgart, and will feature several laps of a tough circuit, amounting to almost 270 kilometres of racing. German evergreen sprinter Erik Zabel, second in the 2006 Championships in Salzburg, has declared that "it would be a dream to win in Stuttgart", but he has also admitted that, due to the difficulty of the circuit, he would have to "be at 110% to be competitive".
