For the 1991 Rugby World Cup a number of Americas nations competed to qualify for the finals tournament. Argentina, Canada and the USA all qualified for the finals tournament.
Home AND Away basis. Starts November, 1989. All teams qualified to 1991 Rugby World Cup. Winner (Canada) to Pool 4. Runner-up (Argentina) to Pool 3. Third place (USA) to Pool 2.
