365 Media Group plc[1] is an AIM-listed media and gaming group, with a head office in Leeds, England and satellite offices in London, Liverpool, Cape Town and Fort Lauderdale. Until October 2006, the company was known as ukbetting plc.

The company operates the UK's leading network of sports news and content sites, including TEAMtalk, Football365, sportinglife.com, Sportal and Oddschecker, attracting nine million users per month.

In addition, its betting and gaming brands include ukbetting.com, totalbet.com, Goldbet and Club on the Park (formerly the Ritz Club London Online).

The company employs over 300 people and is chaired by Peter Dubens, who is also Executive Chairman of Pipex.

On 15 December 2006. the company accepted a recommended cash offer from BskyB plc, subject to shareholder acceptance and Competition Commission approval.

The sportinglife.com brand is lead sponsor of the international rallying team led by Tony Jardine.
