4Kids TV (formerly FoxBox) is a Saturday morning television programming block on the Fox network. In January 2002, 4Kids Entertainment entered into a four-year agreement (which FOX could also extend if they wish) with FOX to lease the network's Saturday morning programming block. The block serves as one of the main outlets in the United States for 4Kids properties.
4Kids Entertainment introduced the FoxBox on September 7, 2002 after Fox Kids was cancelled following the purchase of Fox Family Worldwide by Disney. The block was re-branded 4Kids TV in January 2005. 4Kids Entertainment is wholly responsible for the content of the block and collects all advertising revenues from it.
The block airs on Saturday mornings in most areas of the United States, though some stations carry it on Sundays.

The block has a somewhat unusual relationship to the Fox Network. The programming is produced for Fox and offered to Fox affiliates first, so the Fox affiliate in any given area has right of first refusal. In the event a Fox affiliate or in some cases an O & O opts not to carry 4Kids TV the block then is available in the market for another television station to pick up. This has happened in quite a few instances. Most stations that passed on 4Kids TV were formerly owned by New World Communications, when those stations became Fox affiliates, they were not interested in what was then called Fox Kids. Because of this mix up, the few times when a promo for 4Kids TV is aired on the national FOX feed, it appears that the block appears on that FOX affiliate even when it is not aired on that respected station. Also, on video on demand promos the announcer states "Catch 4Kids TV Saturday mornings on FOX!" even if 4Kids is not aired on the local FOX station. Because 4Kids TV is mixed up in a lot of areas the website itself set up a station locator to assist the viewer in finding his or her local station.
Most 4Kids TV programming does not meet the criteria to be considered educational and does not count toward the 3 hour per week mandatory educational children's programming quotas. The lone current exception is The Adrenaline Project. Previous exceptions included Winx Club, Magical DoReMi, Stargate Infinity, reruns of Back to the Future: the Animated Series, and Cubix.

On October 2, 2007, The CW Television Network announced that it was ending the Kids' WB block due to the effects of children's advertising limits and cable competition, as of September 2008, in a joint decision between Warner Bros. and CBS, parent companies of The CW. At that time, the programming time will be sold to 4Kids Entertainment. With this deal, in the 2008-2009 season, 4Kids will run two different Saturday morning blocks; their current 4KidsTV block on Fox (a programming agreement which currently runs until 2009), and The CW's children's programming block, to be named later.[1]
