Ulla may mean:
- Ulla, meaning 'yoke', was an Asherite mentioned in 1 Chronicles 7:39, in the Hebrew Bible. In the same verse, his sons are identified as Arah, Haniel, and Rezia.
- The name day for Ulla in Sweden is 4/7.
- Ulla is one of the main characters in Mel Brooks' film and musical The Producers, played in the 2005 version by Uma Thurman.
- Ulla is used in H. G. Wells novel The War of the Worlds - the unnamed narrator who describes a crying emanating from the Martians that is scribed as "ulla," a sad wailing that is their last sounds as they die from Earth's bacteria.
- Ulla grew to its fame with the release of Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds, where it is used much earlier from the Martians as a victorious howl (but used similarly in the end as their dying wails as it is in the novel). The popularity of the word was made evident by the title of the musical's remix album: ULLAdubULLA.
- The ulla (hangul: 운라; hanja: 雲羅) is a traditional Korean percussion instrument comprising a set of ten small tuned gongs in a wooden frame, derived from the Chinese yunluo
