ABS-CBN Foundation is a socio-civic organization organized by ABS-CBN to facilitate social programs and outreach to the public. It also had once produced educational TV shows for ABS-CBN.

In 1989, ABS-CBN established a non-stock, non-profit organization, namely ABS-CBN Foundation Inc. (AFI). Initially, the organization's primary burdens were to generate welfare funds by broadcasting the plight of those in need of assistance and ensuring the proper allocation and utilization of solicited help. Eventually, the AFI restructured itself to compensate an all-around developmental approach as its mission to provide a better quality of life for every Filipino in general and every Filipino child in particular. All development programs for the grassroots carry a significant slant targeted to directly benefit children.

ABS-CBN Foundation Volunteers(first known as Social Service Club) was formed June 27, 1993 which undertakes rescue and relief activities in circumstances such as natural catastrophes. Today, it offers emergency first aid-training, rehabilitation, critical incidence stress debreifing, medicval missions, outreach projects and assisting ABS-CBN sponsored activities, most especially activities of ABS-CBN' radio station DZMM.

Starting 1994, with its Educational programs made for television, provided the Filipinos state-of-the-art and value-laden kiddie shows such as Bayani, Hirayamanawari, Math-tinik, Sine'skwela, Epol/Apple and Pahina; all of which bagged several awards from prestigious award-giving bodies.

In 1997, it launched the popular Bantay Bata, a 24-hour hotline and child intervention show. Also the same year, ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation was launched, providing livelihood opportunities to the sorely-impoverished society of the nation. The same media-based program was launched the following year namely Bantay Kalikasan, an environmental-awareness advocate.

In 2004, it formed the "Sagip Kapamilya", an outreach program extended help to the victims of the tragedy in the provinces of Aurora and Quezon in Luzon.

Early 2005, the organization tied up with Gawad-Kalinga, a non-government, non-profit organization aiming to provide quality, permanent shelter for the poor.
