AFC South

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The AFC South refers to the Southern Division of the American Football Conference of the National Football League that was created prior to the 2002 season when the league realigned divisions after expanding to 32 teams.

The AFC South currently has four members: Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Tennessee Titans.

Prior to the 2002 season, the Texans did not exist yet, the Colts belonged to the AFC East, and the other two teams were part of the AFC Central.
