A Secret Wish was the 1985 debut of synthpop band Propaganda. It was produced by Stephen Lipson and Trevor Horn. The album shares many of the characteristics of other early-'80s ZTT releases, especially in the groundbreaking use of synthesizers, such as the Fairlight CMI. The singles "Duel" and "Dr. Mabuse" were both successful UK chart hits. The track "P-Machinery" was played in an episode of the 80's TV Show Miami Vice.
