Aad de Mos (born March 27, 1947 in The Hague) is a Dutch football coach.

He has managed for Ajax, KV Mechelen, Anderlecht, PSV Eindhoven, Werder Bremen, Standard Liège, Sporting Gijon, Urawa Red Diamonds, Al-Hilal, United Arab Emirates and is currently managing Vitesse in the Dutch Eredivisie.

In 1988 De Mos won the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup as manager of KV Mechelen, and he has won numerous domestic championships and cups.
