Aaron Elling

Aaron Elling (born May 31, 1978, Waconia, Minnesota) is a football placekicker for the Atlanta Falcons.
Born in Waconia, his family moved to Wyoming in his childhood. During his high school studies at Lander Valley High, he was a speaking at numerous events and was a player in the soccer team with whom he won two All-State honours. He played soccer at George Fox College but was transferred to University of Wyoming where he started his football career. After finishing his degree at Wyoming, he went to Pacific University to study in optometry. He is a former National Football League placekicker for the Minnesota Vikings, as regular kicker in 2003, Tennessee Titans, and Baltimore Ravens. On March 23, 2007 he signed with the Falcons [1].
