Aaron Payne (born November 18, 1982 in Brisbane, Queensland) is a rugby league player for the North Queensland Cowboys in the National Rugby League competition.
During the Cowboys' near-successful 2005 campaign, he was the only player to have played every game that season.
In 2007, Payne and teammate Shane Tronc may make their State of Origin debuts.
