Abercrombie River

The Abercrombie River is a river in New South Wales, Australia. The river flows through freehold land as well as the Abercrombie River National Park area, which serves as important habitats for platypuses and eastern water rats.

The Goulburn-Oberon Road crosses the Abercrombie River in the steep-sided Abercrombie Gorge.

The Abercrombie is a tributary of the Lachlan River, which it joins at Wyangala lake, formed by Wyangala dam, near Cowra.
