"Again" was one of the four successful singles from Alice in Chains' self-titled 3rd album.

Along with a video, it has been released on all 3 of their "Greatest Hits" albums, and was also released on the Alice in Chains Live album. It has been known to be performed with singer Layne Staley three times collectively: Once on Late Night with David Letterman, during all the shows when Alice in Chains was opening up for the reunited Kiss in the beginning of July, 1996, and also on a show called Saturday Night Special.

It is probably most known for its heaviness and its chorus which repeats the word "again" over and over.
