Aigle Azur (Transports Aeriens) is an airline based in Paris, France. It is the oldest air transport company in France. It operates charter, wet-lease, cargo and scheduled passenger services within France, Algeria and Portugal.

While the airline name has a long history, this airline was established in 1970 as Lucas Aviation and later known as Lucas Aigle Azur, operating regional scheduled services, before being renamed. In May 2001 it was acquired by the Groupe GOFAST. It is replacing its Boeing 737s with Airbus aircraft.

In May 2006, it was reportedly considering taking over the ailing Portuguese carrier Hifly.[citation needed]
