Aileen Tan (Simplified Chinese: 陈丽贞; pinyin: Chén Lìzhēn; born 18 October 1966) is a versatile actress in Singapore. Because of her age, Singaporeans seldom see her on television nowadays. Her friends include Star Awards 2005 Best Actress winner Huang Biren and Pan Lingling. In September 2006, Aileen went for an abortion after being pregnant for a week due to ectopic pregnancy.

Recently, she appeared in two new Singapore dramas, Women of Times and Measure of Man, the latter drama having the highest viewership drama rate for year 2006. However, Aileen was not nominated for either role at the Star Awards 2006. Audience would get to see her in her next upcoming drama serial, Mars vs Venus, on 1 May 2007.

On 10 March 2007, Aileen was voted as the most popular actress aged 40 and above by TV audience. She beat down hot favoutites such as Zoe Tay and Xiang Yun.
