"All Is Full of Love" was the fifth and final single by Icelandic singer Björk from her album Homogenic. The version of the song used in the video is actually the originally intended mix, while the version on Homogenic was actually a remix by Howie B.

The music for "All Is Full of Love" features sounds inspired by machines, and is accompanied by orchestral instruments and harps.

The single was an alternative rock hit as well as a dance hit in America. It peaked at #8 on the dance charts. Meanwhile, in the UK, the single peaked at #24. It is the first track on Björk's Greatest Hits album.

This single was one of the first to ever be issued on the new DVD single format, to maximise exposure of the groundbreaking video.

The video was directed by Chris Cunningham and featured two intimate robots.

The video won multiple awards, including an MTV music video award for Breakthrough Video and was nominated for a Grammy for Best Short Form Music Video (it lost to Korn's "Freak on a Leash"). It is on permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and is widely considered the standard in CGI effects. The song itself was also critically acclaimed, winning numerous awards. In the beginning of the video, which runs backwards, a robotic Björk lies on a white platform in the centre of a sterile room and is being torn apart by two mechanical instruments. Later on in the video, two Björk robots kiss passionately as machines work on disassembling electronics in their backs.

It's been suggested by some critics that the design of the robots in the 2004 film I, Robot was inspired by or copied from this video.[1]

The indie rock band Death Cab for Cutie released a cover of the song on The Stability E.P..
