All Movie Guide

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

All Movie Guide is a commercial database of information about movie stars, movies and television shows.

The All-Movie Guide was co-founded by popular-culture archivist Michael Erlewine, and Vladimir Bogdanov, who holds a Ph.D in Mathematics. The two also founded the All-Music Guide (allmusic.com), and the All-Game Guide (allgame.com).

The database is licensed to tens of thousands of distributors and retailers for point-of-sale systems, websites, and kiosks. The All Movie Guide database is rich and comprehensive, including basic product information, cast and production credits, plot synopsis, professional reviews, biographies, relational links, and more.

All Movie Guide data can be accessed on the web at the allmovie.com website.

All Movie Guide is also available via the AMG LASSO media recognition service, which can automatically recognize DVDs.

It is product of All Media Guide: others include All Music Guide and All Game Guide.
