Hon Allan Robert Bell MHK is currently the Treasury Minister of the Isle of Man Government and Member of the House of Keys for Ramsey.

He was born in 1947 and educated at Ramsey Grammar School. He was then a retailer before standing unsuccessfully for Ramsey in 1976 for Mec Vannin. He was later elected as an independent Ramsey MHK in the 1984 by election.
