Alliance Air (Hindi: अल्यान्स एयर) is a full-service airline based in New Delhi, India. It operates 357 weekly flights to 24 domestic destinations and is a subsidiary of Indian Airlines.

The airline was established on 1 April 1996 and started operations on 21 June 1996. It is wholly owned by Indian (IC). The future of this airline remains undecided, because Indian the parent company is considering converting 5 Boeing 737-200 of Alliance air into freighters. So this may make Alliance air a dedicated freighter airline or a regional airline along with Air India Express. Both Indian and Air india are supposed to merge by early 2007.There is also an insider report that Indian,it's parent company may shift a few aircrafts to Alliance Air;and it will function as a low cost airline
Alliance Air operates services to the following scheduled domestic destinations (at January 2005): Agartala, Agra, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Bagdogra, Bangalore, Bhavnagar, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dimapur, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Indore, Jaipur, Jammu, Jamnagar, Jodhpur, Jorhat, Khajuraho, Kolkata, Leh, Lilabari, Mangalore, Nagpur, New Delhi, Port Blair, Raipur, Rajkot, Shillong, Silchar, Tezpur, Udaipur, Vadodara, Varanasi and Visakhapatnam.
