Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi (Telugu: అమ్మ నాన్న ఓ తమిళ అమ్మాయి) is a Tollywood film that released on April 19, 2003 and was directed by Puri Jagannadh. Ravi Teja plays the lead role. Asin, Prakash Raj, and Jayasudha play supporting roles.

Jayasudha is a lecturer at a college and is the mother of Chandu (Ravi Teja). Her husband, Prakash Raj, left her when Chandu was a kid. He marries the daughter of a business magnate in Chennai, who sponsors him for the championship. Chandu is also interested in kickboxing. It's in his blood. On the dying request of his mother, he goes to see his father. Prakash Raj is now running a kickboxing school and has trained Anand (Subbaraju) for the championship. But Anand ditches him and goes for another sponsership. That is the moment when Chandu lands there and Prakashraj trains Chandu to fight against Anand. The film runs to climax as Chandu wins the championship and the family members.


This movie was remade in Tamil with tittle 'M. Kumaran s/o Mahalakshmi. 'Jayam' Ravi and Asin played the lead roles.
