Khok Charoen (Thai: โคกเจริญ) is a district (Amphoe) of Lopburi Province, central Thailand.

The district was created in 1987 by separating Ban Khok Charoen, Tambon Maha Phot from Khok Samrong district. At first it was a minor district (King Amphoe), and was upgraded to be an Amphoe on November 4th, 1993.
Neighboring districts are (from the north clockwise) Phaisali of Nakhon Sawan Province, Wichian Buri and Si Thep of Phetchabun Province, Chai Badan, Sa Bot and Nong Muang of Lopburi Province.
The district is subdivided into 5 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 53 villages (muban). There are no municipal (thesaban) areas, and further 5 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
