Noen Sa-nga (Thai: เนินสง่า) is a district (Amphoe) of Chaiyaphum Province, northeastern Thailand.
The government separated Tambon Nong Chim, Ta Noen and Kahad of Chatturat district to create the minor district (King Amphoe) Noen Sa-nga on April 11th, 1992. It was official upgraded to a full district on October 11th, 1997.
Neighboring districts are (from the east clockwise) Ban Lueam, Khong and Phra Thong Kham of Nakhon Ratchasima Province, and Chatturat, Ban Khwao and Mueang Chaiyaphum of Chaiyaphum Province.
The district is subdivided into 4 communes (tambon).
