Phan Thong is an amphoe (district) of the province of Chon Buri in Thailand.
Neighboring districts are (from north clockwise) Bang Pakong, Ban Pho (both Chachoengsao Province), Phanat Nikhom, Ban Bueng and Mueang Chon Buri.
The district is subdivided into 11 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 76 villages (muban). Phan Thong has township (thesaban tambon) status and covers parts of tambon Phan Thong.
