Sam Chuk (Thai: สามชุก) is a district (Amphoe) in the northern part of Suphanburi Province, central Thailand.

Originally the district name was Nang Buat. In 1911 when the government separated a part of Nang Buat district and established Doem Bang district, they also moved the district office to Ban Sam Pheng, Tambon Sam Chuk. Later the district name was changed to be Sam Chuk as the central tambon in 1914.

Neighboring districts are (from the south clockwise) Si Prachan, Don Chedi, Nong Ya Sai and Doem Bang Nang Buat of Suphanburi Province, and Sawaeng Ha of Ang Thong Province.

The main water resource of Sam Chuk is the Tha Chin river or Suphan river.

The district is subdivided into 8 communes (tambon). Sam Chuk is also the only township (thesaban tambon) of the district and covers parts of the tambon Sam Chuk, Yanyao and Kra Siao.
