Eloise: The Animated Series is an animated television series, based on the Eloise series of children's books drawn and written by Kay Thompson and Hilary Knight. This series features Mary Matilyn Mouser as Eloise and Lynn Redgrave as the Nanny. The television series was produced by Film Roman and Handmade Films, and premiered on the Starz Kids & Family TV network around October 8, 2006. Walt Disney Television will acquire the television series in syndication history on Family Channel in Canada and Disney Channel in the United States around 2008.
