Appin is a town in the eastern part of New South Wales. It is situated about 16 kilometres south from Cambelltown and 35 kilometres north west from Wollongong. It has a population within a 7 kilometre radius of approximately 14,923 people.[1]

Appin is the birthplace of John Fuller (aka Dan Morgan)
