An appleseed is the seed of the fruit. It may also refer to:
- Johnny Appleseed, an American pioneer nurseryman, and missionary for the Church of the New Jerusalem.
- Johnny Appleseed Festival, a festival in Fort Wayne, Indiana traditionally featuring food, crafts and historical demonstrations.
