Ar Rayyan (Arabic: الريان) is a city and municipality of Qatar.

The football (soccer) team Al-Rayyan Sports Club is based here.

Ar Rayyan is the only landlocked municipality of Qatar. It borders the following municipalities:

Umm Salal - northeast
Ad Dawhah - east
Al Wakrah - southeast
Jariyan al Batnah - southwest
Al Jumaliyah - northwest

Rayyan is also a name for boys.
