Arbuthnot Latham & Co

Arbuthnot Latham & Co is a small private bank based in Moorgate in the City of London in the UK. It is named after John Alves Arbuthnot and Alfred Latham. The partnership was formed in 1833. The total assets held by the bank at the year ending October 31, 2004 was £570 million.

Arbuthnot Latham & Co is now part of Arbuthnot Banking Group plc (previously known as "Secure Trust Banking Group"), which is quoted on Alternative Investment Market (AIM); it used to be quoted on the Stock Exchange. It offers a wide range of savings, pensions and loans products for both private individuals, and commercial clients. Other members of the group are "Secure Trust Bank" and "Arbuthnot Securities". The Chairman is Henry Angest.
