Artur Dmitriev (Russian: Артур Валерьевич Дмитриев, born 21 January 1968) is a Ukrainian pair skater who competed internationally for the Soviet Union, the Unified Team, and Russia. He is a three-time Olympic medalist with two different partners Natalia Mishkutenok and Oksana Kazakova.
With his parnter Natalia Mishkutenok, he won the gold medal at the 1992 Olympics, and the silver at the 1994 Olympics. They represented the Unified Team, the sports team of the former Soviet Union. Mishkutenok and Dmitriev won the World Figure Skating Championships and the European Championships in 1991 and 1992.
After Mishkutenok decided to retire, Dmitriev found a new parter, Oksana Kazakova. The pair won the European Championships in 1996. They then won the gold at the 1998 Olympics. This made Dmitriev the first male skater to win the pairs event twice with different partners.
Dmitriev was coached by Tamara Moskvina. He was a long-time close friend and friendly rival with the late Sergei Grinkov and Ekaterina Gordeeva.
Dmitriev's wife is named Tatiana. They were married in 1992 and have one son.
