Autumn Fairy Tale (also known as Autumn in my Heart) is the first installment of the four part Endless Love drama series produced by South Korean TV Network KBS. It was produced in South Korea in 2000.

Yoon Joon-suh (Song Seung Heon) and Yoon Eun-suh (Song Hye Gyo) always thought they were siblings. Eun-suh is in fact from a different family because she was switched at birth, but no one knows about this fact until one day, when Eun-suh is in a severe accident on her bike where she is hit by a truck. Her blood is tested only to discover that her blood type is completely different from her brother's proving that they are not related at all. After this discovery, their parents move to the US, and leave Eun-suh behind with her biological mother. Ten years later, Joon-suh returns to Korea and he begins to search for Eun-suh. Their reunion, after being apart for ten years, brings their childhood memories back and soon they fall in love. However, their love will not be so easy because Joon-suh already has a fiancee and Eun-suh has a boyfriend, Han Tae-suk (Won Bin) who has loved her for his whole life. Despite this, they continue a close relationship until tragedy strikes and Eun-suh discovers she has cancer. She continues to hide this from Joon-suh until she is in her terminal stages. This is a truely touching story and will move and inspire viewers about true love.
