BBC East is the BBC English Region that produces local television and radio programming for Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.
Its television programming transmitted locally on BBC One includes the daily Look East news programme, the weekly regional magazine programme Inside Out and the weekly Politics Show.
The region is the controlling centre for BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, BBC Essex, BBC Radio Northampton, BBC Radio Norfolk, BBC Radio Suffolk and BBC Three Counties Radio, and the local editions of the BBC's Where I Live websites.
The regional headquarters and television centre is in Millennium Plain, Norwich, with offices and studios also in Cambridge.
