BDO International is a world wide network of public accounting firms, called BDO Member Firms, serving international clients. Each BDO Member Firm is an independent legal entity in its own country. The network is coordinated by BDO Global Coordination B.V., with an office in Brussels, Belgium.

As at 30 September 2007, 100 BDO Member Firms in 110 countries employed almost 32, 000 professionals in 626 offices throughout the world.

Global fee income of all BDO Member Firms for the year ending 30 September 2007 totalled € 3,298 million (US$ 4,704 million), making BDO International the 5th biggest accounting firm network globally.
