Tellarite ambassador Gral in a heated exchange with Archer.

The Romulans are using a telepathically controlled ship capable of taking on the image of any other ship to attack assets of different worlds in an attempt to destabilize the sector. Shran, the commander of an Andorian vessel and long time adversary of Archer, barely survives an attack by this ship.

Archer and Sato spend some time preparing for a visit by the Tellarite ambassador. Their argumentive nature is discussed and Porthos is to be kept out of the way as Tellarites think canines are a delicacy.
