"Bang and Blame" is a song by the musical group R.E.M. It is featured on their 1994 album Monster, and was released as their second single from the album, in the same year. It is the last R.E.M. song to reach the top 40 in Billboard's Hot 100 chart to date.

It was briefly covered by "Weird Al" Yankovic on his 1996 album Bad Hair Day, as part of the medley "Alternative Polka".
