Bangalore Open

The Bangalore Open is a tennis tournament held in Bangalore, India. Held since 2006, this WTA Tour event is a Tier III-tournament and is played on outdoor hardcourts. The 2007 edition was won by 19-year old Yaroslava Shvedova, who defeated top-seeded defending champion Mara Santangelo 6-4, 6-4 in the finals, winning her first WTA Tour title.[1] [2]
