Stockland Batemans Bay is a local shopping centre in the New South Wales south coast town of Batemans Bay. Stockland Batemans Bay can be seen from the Princes Highway, which runs from Sydney to Adelaide via Melbourne.

The main part of the centre is different to most other centres, as it is more open. The roof is partly open and partly glass, which allows for natural light to enter. There are also many entrances and balconies that front streets, which keep the centre more inviting to shoppers.
