Bayview Village is an upper-middle class neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Although, like any neighbourhood, its boundaries are subject to dispute, the area bounded by Sheppard Avenue, Bayview Avenue, and the East Don River is generally accepted. The leafy neighbourhood consists mostly of well-heeled suburban houses, predominantly in the ranch bungalow style, built in the late 1950s and 1960s. Several of the street names recall that the area was a racehorse training stable and grounds before being developed.

There are three schools in the actual Bayview Village area, a public elementary, a public middle school and one private school housed in a former public elementary school. There is also a Catholic Elementary school located on the west side of Bayview Avenue. There are four churches, one United church, one Greek Orthodox church, one Catholic Church. There is also one Anglican Church which is located just outside the accepted boundaries of the area.

There is also an upscale shopping centre of the same name serving the area in the north-east corner of Sheppard Avenue and Bayview Avenue.

Most of the houses are original, unlike the area immediately to the west of Bayview Avenue where significant numbers of houses have been demolished and larger in-fill housing built. To date there has only been some limited in-fill housing built within the Bayview Village area. A new development including high rise condominiums has been approved despite strong local objections. This will be built on the north side of Sheppard Avenue on the south side of Bayview Village on the site of St Gabriel's Catholic church. This is part of the increased intensity of development in the area around Bayview Village. There are a number of new high rise and townhouse developments which it is hoped will bring in sufficient population to make the Sheppard subway a viable line.

Two newer TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) subway stations, Bayview and Bessarion, serve the neighbourhood.
