Belonging is a Welsh television drama series, produced by BBC Wales and screened on the BBC One network during a national opt-out section from the UK feed. As such it is only available to viewers in Wales via conventional analogue or to viewers throughout Great Britain with Sky Digital who can receive all BBC regional and national opt-outs on that platform.
The programme revolves around the lives of the Lewis family, and their various trials and tribulations in the changing environment of their South Wales town Bryncoed and modern Wales. The programme began in 1999, and its eighth series is currently finished but another series will start in 2008.
