BEST is Mika Nakashima's first compilation Japanese album. Two brand new recordings were made: one of her first single, STARS, and the other of AMAZING GRACE (05), the latter of which was made as a radio-only single to promote the album in Japan.

This album debuted at #1 in the Japan Oricon albums chart and went on to sell over a million copies. As of 2007-11-14, it has sold 1,172,340 copies and was the #5 album of 2006.
