Blue Panorama Airlines is an airline based in Rome, Italy. It is a private airline operating scheduled and charter flights from Italy to various international destinations. Its main bases are Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport Rome, for the Blue Express Airlines and Malpensa International Airport Milan for the short, medium and long range charter and scheduled flights[1].

The airline was established in 1998 by Franco Pecci and started operations in December 1998. It was owned by Distal & Itr Group (66.6%) and Franco Pecci (33.4%) and is now the total property of Franco Pecci.[citation needed] It wholly owns the low-cost airline Blu-express[1].
