Bobby Rhine (born April 18, 1976 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American soccer player, who currently plays for FC Dallas of Major League Soccer.
Rhine played college soccer at the University of Connecticut, where he was a second-team All-American in 1998. He was drafted by the then-Dallas Burn sixth overall in the 1999 MLS College Draft.
Since being drafted by Dallas, Rhine has filled a variety of positions as an on-and-off starter, playing up front, as well as in the midfield. His best season came in 2002 when he scored seven goals and six asssits, plus added a goal in the playoffs. In eight seasons in MLS, Rhine's totals stand at 24 goals and 35 assists. His versatility led to a switch to defense for the 2005 season.
