Boulia Shire Council is a Local Government Area in the far west of Queensland, Australia. The shire covers the area around Boulia, Queensland, the administrative centre. The main industry in the shire is beef production.

The other town in Boulia Shire is Urandangi.

The shire is known for the unexplained phenomenon of the Min Min light, an light that has been reported to follow travellers in the area for some distance before disappearing.
