"Breathe" was the twelfth single released by the British electronica/rave act The Prodigy on November 11, 1996. It was the second single from the album The Fat of the Land. The song became the group's second consecutive #1 on the UK Singles Chart.

The song was The Prodigy's biggest national and international hit. Once again it featured Keith Flint's punky vocals, along with Keith "Keeti" Palmer also known as Maxim Reality. The single generated far less controversy than its predecessor "Firestarter", not to mention the follow-up single "Smack My Bitch Up".
The music video was directed by Walter Stern and took place in an abandoned, decrepit apartment building, with the band members and various animals, like a crocodile, millipedes and cockroaches, as its inhabitants.
