Brian Baloyi (born March 16, 1974 in Alexandra, Gauteng) is a South African goalkeeper.

He now plays for Mamelodi Sundowns after being at Kaizer Chiefs for over a decade.

He plays for South Africa national football team and was a participant at the 1998 FIFA World Cup and at the 2000 Olympic Games.
