Bring It On: All or Nothing is the second sequel to the teen comedy Bring It On which revolves around highschool cheerleading. Directed By Steve Rash, the movie was released direct-to-dvd on August 8, 2006 by Universal Pictures.
This sequel has a tenuous link to the previous films, featuring only a similar plot of competing cheerleading teams that have to try something different in order to win. There are no recurring cast members or canonical references to the previous films. However, the film stylistically refers to its predecessors in that it is the second in the Bring It On series to open with a choreographed musical number that turns out to be a dream sequence of the protagonist, and like all three films, the end credits feature outtakes and clips of the cast having fun dancing.

Britney Allen (Hayden Panettiere) is living the cheerleader's dream at the elite seaside campus of Pacific Vista High School, where she is captain of the cheerleading squad and dating the star quarterback Brad Warner. She is the envy of everyone at school, including her overly-ambitious co-captain Winnie (Marcy Rylan). When Britney hears about a forthcoming audition for a top cheer squad to appear in recording star Rihanna's upcoming television special, she is determined that her Pirates cheer squad will capture the coveted spot.
However, Britney's life turns upside down when her father's new job forces her family to move to Crenshaw Heights, a multi-ethnic working-class neighborhood east of Los Angeles. There she discovers a different hierarchy of students, and clashes with the Crenshaw Heights cheerleading captain, Camille (Solange Knowles-Smith). Despite this, Britney is able to form a tentative friendship with Jesse (Guss Carr) and manages to prove her own cheerleading worth by getting a spot on the Warriors cheer squad. There she battles it out with Camille to input her own creative ideas.
Tensions rise when Britney has to choose between her new responsibility to the Warriors and her old loyalties to the Pirates when both teams join the same competition to be featured in Rihanna's television special.

- One of the songs featured in the film soundtrack is Gwen Stefani's Hollaback Girl. The music video for Hollaback Girl, released in 2004, famously features a cheerleading squad.
- The hip-hop group Fu-Schnicken's hit, "Can We Rock?" is featured as a remix during the end credits.
- The title song from Solange Knowles' debut album Solo Star is featured in the movie when the Warriors squad are auditioning.
- Despite the main character being named Britney and having more than a passing resemblance to singer Britney Spears, there is only one Britney Spears reference in the film, when the character is taunted as "Britney Cheers".
- In the scene where Britney and Winnie are fighting over Britney's pompoms, you can hear the beginnings of a song play in the background... "Hey Britney, you're so fine, you're so fine you blow my mind, Hey Britney!"... This is an obvious reference to the song "Hey Mickey" which was used in the original "Bring It On".
- Hayden Panettiere (Britney) and Marcy Rylan (Winnie) have both played the character Lizzie Spaulding on Guiding Light.
- Hayden Panettiere also appears as co-captain of a cheerleading team in the NBC TV series Heroes, which reunited her with co-star Danielle Savre who also played a cheerleader on the show.
- On the TV Series One on One, Solange Knowles guest-starred as a high school student who auditions for the cheerleading squad and claims she was cheer captain in her old school. The episode even features one character uttering the phrase "bring it on".
