Bromley North railway station is in the London Borough of Bromley in south-east London, in Travelcard Zone 4. The station, and all trains serving it, is operated by Southeastern. The station is on the short Bromley North Branch Line from Grove Park.

The station was opened in 1878. It was extensively rebuilt by the Southern Railway in 1926.

The typical Monday to Saturday off-peak service from the station is two trains an hour in each direction to Grove Park for connections into London or to other stations in South East London. There is no Sunday service.

For almost a century after opening the station had direct services to London Bridge, London Cannon Street and London Charing Cross. From April 1976, this was cut back to peak hours only, and then eliminated completely in the 1990s. A pressure group exists for reinstatement of the through services.

Recently these services were briefly re-instated during testing of the Class 376 Electrostars by South Eastern Trains, and on various New Years' Eves when 24 hour services are run within Greater London only. Through trains from London Victoria station often operate when engineering works prevent trains from serving the busier Bromley South railway station.
