Burden of Proof is the fifteenth episode from the second season of the popular crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada.

When the body of a photographer is dumped at the Body Farm, Grissom finds out the man was shot to death, but there aren't any bullet fragments in his body. The case gets more complicated when the CSIs discover the 12-year-old daughter of the photographer's girlfriend was the victim of child abuse.
