CFRO-FM

CFRO is a community radio station in Vancouver, British Columbia. Broadcasting at 102.7 FM, the station operates as a cooperative and is branded as Co-Op Radio.
The station was launched in 1975 by a coalition of activist groups in Vancouver. The station airs public affairs, music and multilingual programming. Co-Op Radio, a non-corporate media venture, is located in the downtown eastside. The Radio Station Cafe, which is an attached but separate unit to the station, hosts special live broadcasts and serves fresh fair-trade coffee daily.
